Stopped to check on pricing, availability on steering parts for my F250. Walked in wasn't greeted, dude finally came out of the back and seemed uninterested in helping me. We finally got around to make, model etc and what l was looking for. While we were doing this another customer walked in that had apparently ordered some batteries, there were two other guys around the corner. The guy helping me doesn't ask the pther guys for help. Not open Sunday's don't care what they said 11 weeks ago. This is the second time I've come to this store and ether poor service wrong hours.
Very helpful
Bad experience. Went in person to a store to buy a pulley extractor. They didn't have it, but that was OK. They told me they had 2 at the Sturgeon location, Arlington. Drove there and they didn't have any. Don't trust their inventory control. Definitely call and have someone actually fin what you need before wasting your time.
