For over 40 years I have been enjoying the service and relationship with the Henderson family business for more than 40 years. During that time we have purchased hundreds of thousands of dollars of parts, and have received excellent service without fail. Ken is our outside sales person and he is loyal and helpful as they come. A great family business and a great asset to our family business.
Great Guys I've been doing business with Henderson for years. They don't do everything, but what they do, they do well and they do it for a competetive price.
Not so good The counter people are rude and not very helpful, The order tracking system is disorganized, you cant call in and get the status of your order easily. Long turn around times on simple orders, over a week for my order. Numerous errors made in the order.
