This location is the best and I believe Damon not sure if he's the manager but if he is great person great personality great customer service I would advise that anyone who needs parts come to Napa Auto Parts in Waldorf
This store has terrible customer service. I tried to return a part they sold me that didn’t fit my car, which I purchased yesterday with cash. They told me I couldn’t return it because the box was torn open. I had the receipt and all the parts that came in the box. The box itself was just a paper box that can easily get damaged, and I was confused about how to open a paper box without tearing it. It’s not like they would resell the box. I can't wait to speak with the manager here, or even escalate the issue to the higher man... read more
