This is a part that will be sent to a manufacture that will take it a part and use part or parts from the old one and adding new parts to make it like new again.There will be a core charge that a customer will pay if he or she does not give the parts store there old one back.When they give the old one back with the box the customer will then be given there money back for the core or not charged for the extra charge at the time of the sale. Brought a faulty part from this Napa dealer. After spending another \$2,220.00 on the car. We took it to Midas in Hammond and they discovered it was the first part we changed and the only part we brought from Napa and it was bad. Now, I cannot get any answers from Napa so I can regain all my losses from a bad part I brought from there. What was really stranged they kept the box the part was in and told me it would be more money if I wanted the box. Weird
