The worse site ever. They have a guarantee that they do not fulfill and the service of the girl who is there is the worst, she basically called me a liar even when I showed the invoices. I lost my money, I will not buy anything here again and I recommend that you do not do it either.
Bad Experience: potential BAIT AND SWITCH: searched Google .. got the NAPA website specific to D.G. store on Ogden .. searched product with "InStore" button on for Asian Steering Wheel Fluid ... popped up Prestone brand on "Sale" and "In Stock" for $10.99 + tax. Bought one but it came out at $14.29 + tax. Showed them (gal and guy) their own page on Android. They refused to honor the price claiming it was for maybe Internet sale only or mistake. I went for wiper blades the man i first encountered was very helpful polite and courteous however when I approached the counter the girl there was very rude ignorant and unpleasant! I will never return to the this store because of her nor would I recommend ANYONE to purchase anything there as long as she works there! A smile goes a long way and word of mouth helps business someone should tell her that!
Ordered parts, got them even BEFORE the time they were supposed to arrive. Well done team. Thanks for making up for the bad experience I had at the other store that shall remain nameless. I think I spent a total of 7 minutes TOTAL in your store- really great service.
Came in for new windshield wipers for my Veloster. The sweet girl employee was super knowledgeable and seemed to know everything about their selection. She even looked excited to help recommend the best for my car. The girl could have sold windshield wipers to a bicyclist, to be honest. NAPA really *does* know how.
