I have nothing against the people who works there. Only with the potential bad product that is selling there. I purchase the cabin air filter Bosch HEPA Cabin Air Filter 6029C and use it about 5 days this is what I got. Too bad I threw the box too early otherwise I should be able to return this. Update on the story: Me and the Customer Service has an agreement. They will send me a gift card for the refund when I return the part at the local store. Which I don't get I already provide the receipt information why not just refun... read more
