The counter people are not friendly or helpful at all. 3 guys at the counter when I walked in & not one even lifted their heads to acknowledge me walking in. Almost like they're ignoring me, hoping one of the other guys would take care of me. This isn't the first time I've experienced this. If you aren't a shop or business , they don't want to be bothered with you. Avoid going here whenever I can.
Ask for Frank he really went above and beyond, even giving me some part numbers to look up myself and double check that it was the correct part. A part I was told was "too hard to find" by every part store I called. Genuine effort. Thank you, Frank.
Horrible experience so far . I ordered something online for pick-up I come to pick it up and they gave me the wrong thing . 2 days later my car is getting worked on I didn’t know I had the wrong product . They tell me it’s the wrong part so now my cars in the air I have no way to get to the place to exchange the product. They weren’t helpful at all
