I recently had to stop in urgently as one of my windshield wipers flew off in the rain. There was a young woman behind the desk, I think her name was Krissy, according to my receipt. I had no idea what to get or how to install. She recommended a wiper that was easy to install, then she came out in the drizzling rain and installed it on my vehicle. Above and Beyond!
