I bought a battery in here and went home to put it in my car since they don't offer to do it for you there. I was told to bring the other ( Bad) battery back to them for an $18 core charge but when I did, I didn't have my receipt but even then I offered to give my licence, payment card, and a phone number to access my info when I was told I HAD to have my receipt cause none of that information was in their computer.
