Clerk was very rude, refused to answer when asked about the warranty on my old battery. Never said “welcome to NAPA” thanks for coming. Just seemed very annoyed that we made hime do his job. Will never go back.
Best store is the Chouteau location nice worker and clean store.
NAPA needs to hire new workers who know how to use the computer because the older lady that is short and wear glasses that works there doesn’t know what she’s doing! I went there to order swaybar links for my car, and she clearly told me that they do not have them. I have to go to the dealer I left there went to O’Reillys and ordered the part within five minutes.
