I went Saturday and the person how attended me was very rude and disrespectful, I guess his name on the patch was Ian, i ended up going to auto part couse the way I feel it wasn’t to be nice and I feel yall have to manage better the person yall hiring, he is not even training to be working whit costumers, that person need to be fire
Bad customer service came in from out of town to get services for my truck, the cashier Ian, think he’s the boss and don’t know what he’s doing and have very poor customer service he’s rude and while taking to me he was eating food. Then I said something to The assistant Manager Roy about it and he was just as rude and didn’t help me and started talking bad about employees. This was the first experience ever, highly don’t recommend this store, they need new employees and management.
Hey, I am a customer and I feel very uncomfortable coming to the store knowing that Ian works here he is very rude disrespectful to customers and I was sexually harassed by him by him asking me. Was ready very quickly
Ordered a part at this location. I had to go to the store to pick it up. The wrong part was ordered by the sales person even though I brought in the broken piece for him to see. I went to return it and they charged me $20 for shipping. Wish zero stars was an option.
