I called a hour earlier for them to have the oil filter I needed - ready to go-so I could pick it up quickly & leave they said "yes we have one" I then ask "can you save for me I'll be there in a hour" employee replies "yes we have one" - when I get there employee said again "yes we have it" then 2 employees can't find it - -> had they just called back and said "we can't find it" then I would have appreciated the effort - but it's the opposite I had to go there and wait for them just to say "we don't have it" they have zero ... read more
Worst NAPA ever. Employees too bothered to look up trailer light.
Mal servicio al cliente Pienso q al duen̈o le importe mas los usd y dar un buen trato o el idioma en que se pide un servicio ,generando mal trato al cliente ,aparte de dan̈ar la imagen de la compan̈ia . No ofrecen servicio de cambio de bateria . Saludos
