Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had no ability to tell me what battery i needed for my remote, had no clue how to replace it. Just stared at me and said im not a mechanic. I went down the street to advanced auto parts told them my remote battery died and they opened it up, found the battery type and replaced it without me even having to ask.
Great service and phenomenal company. I was a life long advance auto parts customer and Mike Lynch (employee) refered me to Napa so I could get the parts to fix my Chevy Colorado. Great guy will shop again. Phenomenal work guys.

I called a hour earlier for them to have the oil filter I needed - ready to go-so I could pick it up quickly & leave they said "yes we have one" I then ask "can you save for me I'll be there in a hour" employee replies "yes we have one" - when I get there employee said again "yes we have it" then 2 employees can't find it - -> had they just called back and said "we can't find it" then I would have appreciated the effort - but it's the opposite I had to go there and wait for them just to say "we don't have it" they have zero ... read more
