having a hell of a morning woke up to a dead battery got the truck started realize there was a leak from my transmission hose Ivan the store manager took the time out and gave me excellent customer service which reminded me the reason why I went to Napa in the first place. when I told him how much I appreciate his customer service and patience. so I wanted to send a special thank you for getting my morning started.
My first experience at NAPA was amazing! I have a pole saw that the threads were messed up on, and wasn't sure what to do with it. Jim welcomed me in with the saw, and helped me come up with a solution for it. I was surprised to see someone take the time to go above and beyond to help! I will definitely be using NAPA for all of my future needs. Ask for Jim
