I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at the Bridgewater location. I called about a trailer light and provided the part number, only to be told I needed to purchase 50 units because the part number supposedly starts with "50", which is one of the most absurd explanations I’ve ever heard. Prior to this, I had called another store, and their representative had no issue locating the exact same light. Spectacular service at this spot. Just bought a used car and I drove it over there to get some basics replaced. They were very attentive, helped me figure out what I needed and even helped me replace the windshield wipers bc I was having trouble replacing them. Props to Steve in particular.
