This Napa Customer Service has gotten Bad to Worse at this Elliot location. To say they are Rude. Is saying it lightly. If an online order is placed and you think they will follow-up in the day the order states it will be available for pick up. Good Luck! They are lazy to follow up that same day or even two that go by.
