The only experience I have had with this place has left me less than satisfied which is unfortunate but I don’t want anybody else to have to worry about the same thing. Came out to my car and my battery wouldn’t turn. Sunday afternoon at 3:45 so options were somewhat limited. Called NAPA, asked if they had my battery in stock (they did), and let the rep on the phone know “hey we ordered a Waymo but might not make it in before 4pm” so that she had the opportunity to tell us if they would still allow us to purchase the battery... read more

You get a poor review for your store, staff and products Tucson store quoted 60% less, your staff needs some help and as a DM in this climate I would expect nothing less than your attention and YOU DM Jerry, failed me as a 30 year customer! I called and said I was gonna be there 10 minutes before closing. I got there 7 minutes before closed and she locked the door. The girl closed early on purpose. Very unhappy with the service.
