Had the worst customer service today at the Hogan Rd., Gresham, OR. NAPA Store. Employee behind the counter was having a personal, 15 minute conversation with a customer about how her boyfriend can't get a passport because he owes Child Support. Mind you there were 4 or 5 customers waiting in line to be checked out! She needs to put the customers first and have her personal chats on her break........ Took forever to get checked out! No Need To Say Anything More*
