I was looking for a spark plug for my kids go-kart, even though the plug I had isn't made anymore and there was no cross reference data, the staff here went above and beyond measuring and manually checking thread sizing to get me what I needed. I really appreciated their help and I got to go home and be the hero who fixed the go-kart. Good customer service is getting harder to find but you will find it here.
