I am currently at the Napa store: 3612 Fern Valley Rd Louisville, KY 40219 United States, and they tell me that they cannot give an opinion on a part that I bought online, which is a support for the rear door of the car. Just by opening it, they can see that it does not work, the door opens abruptly, claiming that they do not have technicians.
