Great location, plenty of products to choose from, nice staff and good prices.
I ordered 2 craftsman wrench sets online for in store pickup. Went in to pickup wrench and the sets they gave me were different. They did not match the model number nor the pictures online. They were Craftsman, but they were an older sets that was discontinued that came in a tray instead of the new style case. The person at the counter said they would not refund my money and it was their store policy to substitute as “they are basically the same thing”.
