Tay was so helpful and friendly, got me all taken care of with this alternator. Been struggling with trying to figure out where it came from, once I figured out it was Napa I drove there and went over Goodyear to get the new one. Now they gotta change it like last time and I bring the old part back to get the warranty honored. Don't let them tell you that you can't have your old part, the box it came in, etc. Those are important things for getting core charges refunded and warranties honored! Honestly this was the worse Experience of my life. I needed a remote for my car and one of the workers sold me a key case without a battery or circuit board for $210 when it was only the case. You can buy that online for less than 30. The worker said that they don’t program the key and I would have to go to Toyota. He never said you couldn’t program it because it doesn’t have the circuit board or battery. Straight up lied to me about it. Horrible service and I will never be going back to this place.
