They've consistently had the parts I need when I need them, as well as making sure they fit my vehicle. Ive learned to expect amazing customer service and that I can trust them. Big shout out to David! He's helped me three times. Each time he not only does a great job at getting me what I need, but he is always a joy to talk to. Customer service at its finest 🤝
Stopped in looking for 2 items . First one was a 7 way trailer cord replacement connector end , and they did not have one , had a spot for one , but they were sold out . The second item was a 1/8" pin punch . Inventory showed they had one , but it took them a while to locate it , but they did have one . This was good , needed the punch . The store was very well laid out , easy to locate things , just looked like there were a lot of sold out items . The staff was very polite and very professional .
