Needed a transmission seal for my 07 Camry. Drove all over but couldn't find it. Walked into Napa and he had my part in his hand in less than 2 minutes. Napa is always the best place to go for hard to find parts.
Ordered my parts last night and they were ready for pick up today. Doesn’t get any better than that!
They've consistently had the parts I need when I need them, as well as making sure they fit my vehicle. Ive learned to expect amazing customer service and that I can trust them. Stopped in looking for 2 items . First one was a 7 way trailer cord replacement connector end , and they did not have one , had a spot for one , but they were sold out . The second item was a 1/8" pin punch . Inventory showed they had one , but it took them a while to locate it , but they did have one . This was good , needed the punch . The store was very well laid out , easy to locate things , just looked like there were a lot of sold out items . The staff was very polite and very professional .
