hey hey hey these people are soo cool. they got all the parts you ever needed or wanted and are honest. =) who could ask for more? I once left my keys there and the people were so nice when I came back for them.
Wrong part and lost creadit card refund for $29.99, priceless I needed spark plug wires and got the wrong ones like usual, the next day I tried to return them. They cost 29.99, they refunded that money back on my card but the money never arrived there. My truck still needs those wires and i'm out 30 bucks. I've decided to just let it go because if I go down there I'm sure I will not have any luck with that as well. Who's the customer???? Obviously the commercial auto repair shops are the prime customer. Walk-in customers can grow roots through the floor before being acknowledged, much less helped, if the phone is ringing. Counter persons' first priority is not the poor shade tree or week end guy trying to get his rig back on th road. This goes for ALL the Spokane area Napa's...not just this one. Try another parts store, you'll see the difference is SERVICE!
