I had a terrible experience with the customer service at NAPA Auto Parts in Millville, NJ. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to return a part I never used and didn’t even open. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me a restocking fee for something in perfect condition. That’s completely unreasonable. I expected better from a reputable name like NAPA, but this location clearly doesn’t value its customers. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this store to anyone.
NAPA sucks I ordered an AC compressor for my car at the counter ($600) using the Vin # had to wait 2 weeks for it to come in. Took it to my mechanic he spent 2 hours to get ro the old one only to find out NAPA ordered the wrong one so he had to put my car back together not fixed and charged me 4 hours labor. So I took the compressor back to NAPA were I was told I would have to pay $60 because it was special order or a restocking fee.
