Great service, under new manager
Absolute horrible got three sticks of silicone for almost $80 and two of them were dried out went back 20 minutes later to exchange them or return them and was told no exchanges no refunds disgusting customer service companies like this should be put out of business they do not stand by the items they sell
A.C. was one of the best employees from Napa that I have ever met. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. And he had very good communication skills. I would highly recommend this location. Especially if he is working.
I've been coming here for a little while and up to now have had no issues or complaints.
