Nice enough staff. They said that my parts would be in when they opened in the morning. Left my phone number they said that they would call me in the morning. Called in @ noon. Nope don't have your parts. Oh wait they just now this minute came in. You don't have to bullshit someone just to bullshit someone. Honesty goes much further with me. First of all, I want to say that Moe, the Store Manager, went out of his way to try and help me out with an order that I placed online to pick up at this location. I would give him 5 stars on his own. The online ordering system needs some work. I needed some different fluids that I had to pick up that day. I went online to the Napa website to place an order.
