RecommendedI love going into the Napa in Idaho Springs. Its got the small town feel. Great to feel welcomed and get all the help you need.
Had a completely dead car battery in the middle of mountains. We were recommended to tow our car to NAPA, Idaho Springs by locals. The store guys got our battery ready over the phone, loaned their tools and our car was fixed in 5 mins. And it all just 10 mins before the store was about to close. Can’t thank them more for their help!
My husband and I had barely left Morrison, co headed to Santa Cruz, ca. Ended up with a misfire in Idaho springs. Paul, an employee of Napa, helped us every step of the way, going above and beyond! Changed all our spark plugs and Paul saved the day when two screws broke in half (while half way screwed in!) He got them out himself! The owner also assisted lending us a few tools and electric gel. Best auto store I've ever been to. Helpful staff and good prices!
