Thank you to Joe today for helping me pick out good windshield wipers and putting them on my car. I bought "the best" at another place and they were terrible. Joe told me why the ones he looked up for my car were better and they absolutely are! I can finally see out of my windshield. My husband went to Napa months ago and got great service which is why I ended up there today. Great job, Napa, and special thanks to Joe!
We were on the highway on our way to Michigan when a caliper went bad and ended up eating the brake pad off the car. And of course this happens at 4pm Friday of July 4th weekend. Scott went above and beyond for us. He got us the parts and helped us find a hotel room for the night. He gave us great directions to get out of having to get back on the highway.
