Trevor and the NAPA team in Pierre, SD, provided excellent customer service. I had an issue with the blower motor on my 2015 Sprinter Van. Trevor helped me troubleshoot the issue and install the new parts. Marty was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the team!
Eager customer experience
Called and spoke with Devan, he was very polite I needed a few light bulbs and a pigtail he was very helpful in finding single bulbs instead of two packs. ( as I needed 1 amber and 1 white.) His customer service was excellent, friendly tone through the phone, all the way to the interaction at store. There were even able to pull and set aside the parts for me.
