Eager customer experience
Called and spoke with Devan, he was very polite I needed a few light bulbs and a pigtail he was very helpful in finding single bulbs instead of two packs. ( as I needed 1 amber and 1 white.) His customer service was excellent, friendly tone through the phone, all the way to the interaction at store. There were even able to pull and set aside the parts for me.
Helpfull staff, got what i needed. Even helped me to carry my purchase to my pickup. Will recomend.
Was working on a project in Pierre, SD, and had some bad luck—my truck broke down while I was out of town. I walked over to NAPA to grab the part I needed, and the crew there went above and beyond. Not only did they give me a ride back to my truck after the store closed on a Saturday, but one of the employees even let me borrow his tools and waited to make sure my truck started.
