Called with a roadside emergency. Needed a heavy duty u-joint for a highway truck. They had one in stock and they were able to get Trevor to go out of his way to drop it off with me on his way home, while on the shoulder of I-90, just west of Murdo, SD. My car battery died during my lunch break, so I went to O'Reilly's to ask if they could install a new battery. I was told it would be too difficult, but after that, I called Napa Auto and spoke to Clay. He checked and found the right battery in stock, and assured me he could install it right away. The installation was quick, and Clay did an awesome job – even cleaning the gunk off my battery terminals! Service is good, they have a fairly good stock of the parts I have needed, but even though we do need to have stores like this in town the prices are way out of line, even with competitive stores in town, and even more with online stores.
