Was working on a project in Pierre, SD, and had some bad luck—my truck broke down while I was out of town. I walked over to NAPA to grab the part I needed, and the crew there went above and beyond. Not only did they give me a ride back to my truck after the store closed on a Saturday, but one of the employees even let me borrow his tools and waited to make sure my truck started. Called with a roadside emergency. Needed a heavy duty u-joint for a highway truck. They had one in stock and they were able to get Trevor to go out of his way to drop it off with me on his way home, while on the shoulder of I-90, just west of Murdo, SD. Thanks so much for all the help.....You guys are great!!!
My car battery died during my lunch break, so I went to O'Reilly's to ask if they could install a new battery. I was told it would be too difficult, but after that, I called Napa Auto and spoke to Clay. He checked and found the right battery in stock, and assured me he could install it right away. The installation was quick, and Clay did an awesome job – even cleaning the gunk off my battery terminals!
