They left me waiting on the line and then hung up on me. Poor service.
Tech refused to test my car battery unless I remove it and bring it inside the store. He double checked with an older tech. I couldn't detect a response. Maybe he couldn't hear me because he had noise cancelling earphones on. That's not how you test a battery. A battery needs to be tested for CCA, which requires the tester to be connected while starting the engine. It was obvious the employees didn't want to do extra work. I would give negative stars if it was an option. The worst customer service ever.
