They don’t have auto parts only tires for some reason
Took my battery in for a warranty they told me that it was out of stock sent me to Springfield just for Springfield to say that they're not going to honor the warranty
The gentleman at the counter didn't have the battery I was looking for and couldn't determine that the two batteries that he did have in stock wouldn't fit
I AM WRITING TO EXPRESS MY IMMENSE DISPLEASURE AND FRUSTRATION WITH A RECENT EXPERIENCE I HAD AT NAPA, AN AUTO STORE THAT I ONCE HELD IN HIGH REGARD.
