Walked in to the empty store and no acknowledgment from either the two fellas behind the counter, I had to greet them with a “good afternoon gentlemen”. I went to turn in the “core” old battery to get my $19 back, they said I needed a receipt… like really? Can’t they look it up (I thought), anyway so I said ok and they watched me walk to my car to look for it for several minutes. They don’t have auto parts only tires for some reason
Took my battery in for a warranty they told me that it was out of stock sent me to Springfield just for Springfield to say that they're not going to honor the warranty
The gentleman at the counter didn't have the battery I was looking for and couldn't determine that the two batteries that he did have in stock wouldn't fit
