Was put on hold made me wait for about 10 mins only to get hung up on and when I was calling back they never picked up, very unprofessional
Just order online. I needed a standard bearing set for a small block. They said 5 days shipping and additional $45 fee. Same product online 3 day shipping. Half the price(HALF THE PRICE) same part number. Open your eyes people
This is not a corporate owned Napa. They are privately owned and they have a different set of rules trying to return the battery that went bad that we bought there at Napa. They told us that we would have to drop it off all day and actually gave us a bunch of misinformation. We called two other offices to confirm. Also, the customer service was terrible. The lady was in a horrible mood and was very rude to us.
Like it, they can get parts when others cannot
