TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID this NAPA shop, Go to AUTOZONE or O'REILLYS if you are looking to buy parts from a shop that honors their warranty. Went to make a warranty claim on a 2 yr old Optima battery on Sunday, 2/15. The lady at the counter was quite rude in telling me the battery was fine after a simple load test. I calmly explained to her, there's an issue w/ the battery reserve capacity and not holding a charge above 12.6v. She told me i need to check my alternator. Like always great service
I mean I'm a little mechanically inclined I just don't have the parts so when it comes to in and out, always there knowledgeable service to fix my little hoopty I count on these guys. So when I'm wrenching on mine I know I have good quality parts.
