Mike is the most unprofessional sales person I’ve ever dealt with. The customer service is the worst I’ve encountered in all my years. I called for pricing on parts and Mike hung up on me for no reason at all. Mike is the worst customer service rep you could ever imagine. DO NOT deal with these so called professionals… believe me they are not. I would not recommend this NAPA store to anyone.
