The cashier was very friendly and helpful.
Kind of a smallish auto parts store, but the service has improved significantly, from when they first opened. I did find a good deal on gear oil at my last visit.
Parts is parts ... as expected.
Update: I have lived in Star for one year. The first time I went to Napa I was assisted by Gabe, a young, personable, and very helpful young man and I pledged to continue patronizing this location for all of my auto parts needs. Today I went there, again for a headlight bulb on the driver's side, which is what I purchased less than a year, so that is odd. It was a Saturday at 11 am, I walked in to purchase a headlight. I noticed a customer at counter but no employee. I went ahead and searched for part number I needed on website and found item. Went back up to counter and the same customer was still standing there. After a minute or so he said to me that no one has helped him , employee has been on the phone since he’d been there and he’d been waiting at least 10 minutes. We waited another few minutes.
