Bought a battery there 6 months ago, battery went bad yesterday, brought battery back to see what my options were considering it had a one year warranty. I was denied zero options for lack of receipt or being in there system that provides my information. The battery had the original sticker on it that stated date and the word Napa on it, dated 6 months prior. Was told it could have sat on there selfs for 6 months like that was my fault! The cashier was very friendly and helpful.
Kind of a smallish auto parts store, but the service has improved significantly, from when they first opened. I did find a good deal on gear oil at my last visit.
Parts is parts ... as expected.
