Grateful for the wonderful help I've received through the years at NAPA. Most recently, i was in need of wipers & the universe somehow sent me right up to the counter where i dealt first hand with the "Wiper Whisperer." I needed both front & one back blade (all 3 different sizes), not all were in stock, but Chris was able to have them brought in by a neighboring store & he happily installed them.
