Bought an alternator on a just in case scenario in west Texas from a Napa. Donaldsonville Napa would not exchange it because they said they were a “franchise Napa” and not corporate. Even with receipt in hand. It was on a 2012 toyota camry, one of the more common cars on the road. Thought Napa was Napa. Needless to say. I was not able to return my NAPA bought alternator at NAPA Donaldsonville. 🤷♂️

Best people in the world inside the shop and out. Everyone knows this is the place to get your auto supplies
Mr. Drew was professional, pleasant, courteous, helpful and thoughtful. I needed a battery for my car and had been to 2 Autozones and a dealership prior to going to NAPA. When I went in, there were customers at the counter but I was acknowledged and greeted with a smile. Mr.Drew looked up which battery I needed for my car and checked my battery and alternator to confirm it was needed before even selling me a battery. He even installed my new battery for me. I really appreciated the great customer service. Thank you Mr. Drew!
