Went in to get a windshield wiper that online said was $11.49, the shelf tag was $12.99 ok not the biggest deal. Went to pay it came out to $27 and some change and I asked how. The lady at the counter said a 3% up charge for using a card. I told her that the price was $12.99 that isn't matching. She then told me they haven't changed price tags in 2 years.
