Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Fast.
I came in the store at 5:10pm. Sign says the store closes at 5:30pm. Counter person was clearly in a personal phone call. I waited at the counter and even browsed a little in the store. The counter person never made an attempt to even acknowledge I was in the store. He just stayed on his personal phone call. After a bit, I just left.
