When I came in and asked for a group 31 deep cycle battery they had no clue what I was talking about. Asking if it was a 10" or 12" battery. Then sold me a group 27 deep cycle battery saying it was the same as a group 31 and that they dont make group 31 deep cycle battery. When the group 27 didn't work on my RV solar system I returned on a Saturday and showed the counter person the NAPA web site with the group 31 deep cycle battery I needed and asked for.
