I went in to get a fuse. I had a cigarette that was out. The heavy set man with a whitish beard maybe in his 40’s said you can’t smoke in here. I informed him it was not lit. I had my service animal with me and he asked if she was a service animal, I told him yes she is. So I ask him if he needed to see my card proving she was a service animal. Muy amables los dependientes me ayudaron kon lo k yo buskaba no lo tubieron pero si me ayudaron
I had to run up there in an emergency as an unknown customer to get a water pump for my Mustang. They had it pulled when I arrived and I was able to quickly and efficiently get checked out and gwt back to VIR in time to get the car fixed and only miss 1 track sessiom. Very friendly, very efficient, as NAPA usually is!
