Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I come here looking for parts non automotive equipment and they always do what they can to help me find what I need!
My wife just went into this Napa to get a new battery, or get it tested or even buy a battery charger. I am out of town and sent her to Napa because I know they take care of their customers. Instead she was turned away with no battery test and suggested go to tires plus or Firestone. Turning a sale away to a valued costumer is bad enough but to send a woman away obviously needing help is another! Shame on you as a person and also very poor representation of a reputable auto store.
