That rating is because of your rude employees who talked down to me because I was a woman. I asked for a specific part for my GMC. Their reply - Are you sure thats the vehicle? So I pointed out the window at my truck and said I don't know. Then I was asked if I'm sure that's the part I want because it will be hard for me to install. WHY?? Got real annoyed I was being treated like a dumb blonde and walked out
