I ran out of oil and not only did the worker named Irving go above and beyond on the customer service side of things but he walked with my to my car and put the oil in there for me. Absolutely amazing human being in general and deserves all the praise in the world.

The staff in this store bend over backwards to assist. They don’t push-they ask if i need help finding something and they take me right to what I need. They are head and shoulders above the Advanced Auto in the same town so I highly recommend going to NAPA over Advanced. They are very close in proximity, however, I really cannot say enough good things about the service, quality and selection at NAPA Bedford Hills!
