Horrible horrible workers there I order a control arm with ball joint online to be picked up I didn't need it anymore asked them to refund me I never even took part from them they said oh well don't order parts you don't need ur not getting refund I called police I now have to sue them in civil court they are lying saying I picked up the part check cameras and police reports from that day these people are liers and theives will get over on you in anyway they can DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! The staff in this store bend over backwards to assist. They don’t push-they ask if i need help finding something and they take me right to what I need. They are head and shoulders above the Advanced Auto in the same town so I highly recommend going to NAPA over Advanced. They are very close in proximity, however, I really cannot say enough good things about the service, quality and selection at NAPA Bedford Hills!
I was the only person at the store and all of the staff ignored me when I was waiting and asking for assistance at the front. When I asked for help, one staff member was extremely rude to me and answered sarcastically, also glaring at me in a really nasty way. DO NOT GO HERE!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!
I live in Cortlandt Manor right next to Napa. I would take the trip to Bedford anytime to go to this store. The two men who waited on me Sunday could not have been more helpful pleasant and accommodating. For a pleasant no stress place to buy auto parts this place stands out.
