Napa went above and beyond to help me get the part I needed. One store called another store and I greatly appreciate Napa for their hard work to keep customers happy.
Always had a good experience here. Disappointing to hear employee describing the previous customer as a typical Trump hat wearing old man. The customer thought his military discount was attached to his account and it’s not setup that way. Employee griped about him being frustrated and ignorant in front of customers. Employee then took a phone call and was nothing but condescending, rolling his eyes and frustrated at every question. Not a good look for your store.
Had my battery die with my husband out of town! Peyton got me taken care of and a new battery put on!! Great customer service!!!
