I spent $597 on new brakes here yesterday. One of the new caliper brackets had stripped threads. NAPA exchanged the bracket, but made me pay for caliper lube that I would not have needed if their part was not defective. I called today to complain. They told me that's too bad. They can't just give things away. Shop here if you like paying for their mistakes and speaking to rude people.
