Busted an airline this morning, called and they sent out a young lady with a new Airline and some tools and she even stuck around to help me change it
My battery died (permanently) while parked at BCTC. I walked over, explained what happened, and provided my car make/model. They gave me a great deal on a new battery, then gave me a ride back to campus and installed it in the parking lot for me. They went above and beyond to be helpful and I genuinely appreciate it. Thank you, Versailles NAPA!
Best experience I ever had at a car parts store. The old guy knew exactly what I needed. I was needing a battery for my farmall cub, he knew exactly what 12v battery I needed for the battery box. I'll be coming here for any new batteries I may need.
