Order parts from the Belton Auto online and they gave me an old part that was economy instead of the premium part I paid for and the wonderful manager at this exchange it and made it right and gave me the part I ordered will shop this Napa from now on

Well I came in to buy freeze plugs and got help from the assistant manager and she was remarkably funny easy to describe why I needed and polite as many should be she went even further by helping me out when I needed help also since the part wasn’t there that day some finally arrived and she wasn’t there that day so she made it where her coworkers could find them she is awesome at her job and wish more people would be like her . The store manager, Brittanie, is who help us when we needed a battery today. She tested our battery to make sure it was a battery issue and not something else. She also made sure we had the proper oil filter and oil. 10/10 would recommend. Brittanie provided great customer service with a friendly personality.
