NAPA helped me pick the right windshield wipers and then installed them for me. They are always helpful whether it is finding something in this store, helping me choose an item, or in some cases helping me install it. Thank you NAPA.
These folks are always extremely helpful and I appreciate them. Last visit they didn't have exactly what I was looking for but helped me find other options. They also put on my new windshield wipers for me!
There are a couple of great guys who work at the Napa in Cave Junction, but the overall environment is extremely unprofessional. There is regularly a child in the store, and I’ve personally seen this child answering phones and handling money at the counter. That is unsafe, completely inappropriate, and makes the business look careless. It is also a serious OSHA violation and should never be allowed in a workplace. I just moved to Cave Junction and was desperately in need of help when it came time to getting my trailer backed into my driveway. I'm a single mom, I had a Uhaul and a 20ft trailer, and no idea what I was doing. It was close to closing time on a Saturday, and although my request was unusual, Robert came by after closing to help me out. He was very kind, confident, and asked for nothing in return. Went in asking for Honda oil. They told me Honda dosnt make oil. I get if you've never heard of it, but yes Honda has their own oil. *edit( you didn't help me get on the road, you spoke to me in a condescending manner, and were wrong)
