Excellent Customer Service!! Since moving to Caruthers 6 months ago, I have been to Caruthers Auto Supply Inc-Napa twice, and both times I have received EXCELLENT customer service. I am not a young hot babe, I am a mother of three boys and it shows.
Excellent Customer Service!! Since moving to Caruthers 6 months ago, I have been to Caruthers Auto Supply Inc-Napa twice, and both times I have received EXCELLENT customer service. I am not a young hot babe, I am a mother of three boys and it shows. Yet these gentlemen always watch their language, make sure that I have the right part for my vehicle. They have even installed the two bulbs that my vehicle needed, one was for the tail light and the other for the head light. Absolutely amazing customer service!!!
If Napa doesn't have it... They will! This business has been there for years and they are still providing excellent customer service. The Stephens family (owners) are always willing to go the extra mile to please customers! Great prices and fast orders!
